Shipping information

We aim to deliver Australian orders within 2 – 6 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events or parts of WA & NT, delivery may take up to 7 – 10 business days. For orders under 5 kg we will ship using the Australia post satchels with tracking and for order over 5kg we utilise Toll Courier to complete deliveries. Sometimes products are sent directly from our suppliers to save delivery time. SLSNSW will inform you if the order will be sent from different locations.

Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind, you can return or exchange any item that is unused and in its original condition within 14 days of order receipt to receive a full refund or credit. Any shipping charges will be at the cost of the customer. Special order items do not qualify for the change of mind refund or credit and can only re returned for fault or warranty reasons. Returns will be accepted on any faulty products within their warranty period (minimum 12 months warranty). Items must be returned to SLSNSW within a reasonable timeframe, and an exchange, refund or credit will be applied after assessment by a SLSNSW representative.
