What is the format?
Blended Mental Health First Aid Courses are an alternate online delivery pathway for our 12-hour Standard Mental Health First Aid Course (for adults assisting other adults).
Blended Online MHFA Courses include two (2) components:
- Course Component 1 A self-paced eLearning component (takes 5-7 hours to complete)
- Course Component 2 An Instructor-led component using video-conferencing (2 sessions of 2.5 hours each including set up time).
Entry Requirements
Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
